Job Description
As a Marketing Executive at Telfer Digital, you will play an important role in supporting and delivering marketing activity across a range of client accounts, as well as Telfer Digital’s own brand.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who is confident across social media, content, reporting and digital marketing support. You will work closely with the wider team to help execute campaigns, manage content, support client communications and identify opportunities for growth.
The role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, contribute to strategy, and build experience across multiple areas of marketing in a growing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on research, analysis and client objectives
- Work across client and Telfer Digital social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and platform support
- Optimise marketing content and help identify new opportunities for growth
- Support website content updates and provide website-related analysis where required
- Assist with client reporting and performance reviews to help communicate campaign progress and results
- Support business development activity, including service pitches and the onboarding of new and existing clients
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports to track performance and key successes
- Maintain a customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Build strong working relationships through clear and professional communication
- Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Keep internal management systems and customer administration tools accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Candidate Specifications
- Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced business
- Experience with social media content creation, scheduling and channel management
- An understanding of website content management, with website development knowledge being advantageous
- Strong written communication skills and a good eye for detail
- An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven experience building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC and paid social
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory for this role
